Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping

Please carefully review your shipping address when ordering from our store.  If your address is wrong or undeliverable and your package is returned to us, you will charged for the package to be shipped again.  If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at shipping@flipline.com.


For domestic orders in the US, we use USPS Priority Mail for shipping your products.
For international orders, we use USPS First Class International for shipping.


Orders are typically shipped at the end of the week.  After shipping, domestic orders in the US will usually take 3-4 days to be delivered.  For international orders it varies by country, but expect around 1-2 weeks before the package is delivered by your postal service.


A Note on Customs Fees:

International shipments may be subject to customs fees charged by the receiving country.  The rates are determined by each individual country based on the value of the goods in that country's currency, and shipping is based on weight.  Please check your country's import laws for more information on what customs fees you should expect for your products.  Customers are responsible for paying customs fees upon delivery.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  If you receive a refund, the amount refunded will not include the original shipping charges.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shipping@flipline.com.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, first send us an email at shipping@flipline.com and we can work with you on an exchange.
